After completing the civil case for the Jennings family I have continued representation of the family through the criminal trial of Ethan Couch, his subsequent flight to Mexico apprehension and subsequent punishment

After completing the civil case for the Jennings family, I along with attorney Todd Clement proceed to litigate Lucas's claim against the Couch family. I took the depositions of both Ethan and Tonya Couch and worked to resolve the case shortly before trial.
