We get I-526 cases approved all the time! We handle both Regional Center EB-5 cases and Traditional EB-5 green card applications. The I-829 is the final stage of the EB-5 green card process and I am ... pleased to say that I have prepared and had all of our I-829 cases approved to date! We are seeing approvals in 2 - 3 months in most cases. Not many folks out there can say that!!!
