Defendant Jet Grant was on probation for attempted second degree murder and several other charges. After his arrest for attempted sexual battery, Mr. Grant hired attorney Justin Caldarone to defen ... d his case. Attorney Caldarone immediately investigated the background of the alleged victim and presented that information to the Assistant State Attorney assigned to the case. Attorney Caldarone persuaded the Assistant State Attorney not to file the new case. As a result, the affidavit of violation of probation was dismissed and Mr. Grant was reinstated to probation. Case dismissed!
