LRM, a family owned, Manatee County site contractor represented by Jesse Tilden, sued Rectrix for foreclosure of a construction lien and nonpayment of outstanding invoices totalling more than $300,000, ... not including interest and attorneys fees. Case involved complex issues and expert testimony on the airport pavement design at the Rectrix FBO facility at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
