Prior to retaining our firm, Client had ... retained another lawyer to attack the prior conviction with no success. When we were retained, we were able to go back and attack the prior conviction and negotiate a plea to a different charge that was not an aggravated felony and not a deportable offense. The deportation case against our client was dropped.
