Offer was $161,0 ... 00 and settlement including fees and costs was $3,750,000. Also, I was able to have court approve all of the lot owners as a defendant class. Only right of way eminent domain defendant class in Florida to my knowledge. Case started in early 2000's and resolved in 2013.
