After having a nice conversation with Kelley on the phone, I agreed to hire her for a moving violation matter. She seem competent and pleasant. She emailed the retainer documents right away. I had a question about something pertaining to the documents, and emailed her back. No response. Tried again. ...No response. I called. No response. Finally gave up on this mystifying flake and went with another attorney who worked out great.
