I went on AVVO looking for the best for my situation. I read all the horror stories and I read all the "pick me, pick me" reviews. I called this guy because he was a top hit across the board on every review site. I called his office and got HIM. I didn't get a dozen different people. That was somethi...ng else I kept seeing, which was you could never get your attorney on the phone even after you paid them. I got a personal sit down, I got real one and one contact everytime, and I got the outcome I was looking for in my case. Mr Petito kept me updated weekly and kept me up in spirits about my unique situation. I am from backwoods Alabama!!! So I was more scared then most about my charges and about picking the wrong guy. Mr Petito did what he said, to the letter. Even after I paid him the full amount upfront, he still stuck to his word. My felony gun possession charge was reduced to the lowest possibly misdemeanor charge and I got to keep my Alabama Gun Permit. Unfortunately I had to surrender my pistol to the state. Which was the only downfall, but not my attorneys fault.
