I first heard Nicole Gadbois's name from my advocate, who mentioned in passing that she was a great custody attorney. My first real impression of her wasn't even as a client. I came to Nicole after another attorney told me to expect my ex to have overnights and weekends within six months of the incident that led to my Order of Protection. Given the circumstances, I felt defeated hearing that. Nicole never pressured me to accept an outcome just because it was easier. She listened, understood the facts, and fought for what was in my child's best interest. I recently signed my final Order on Consent. The outcome is supervised visitation for 8 hours per week, no overnights, indefinitely. Nicole fought hard for that outcome and never made me feel like I had to give up my position just to settle the case. To top it all off, her rates were extremely fair. I spent almost three times as much with my previous attorney and got a fraction of the results. Every dollar I spent with Nicole felt worth it because she was prepared, responsive, and effective.
