Lasy year i was pulled over on the Teconic Parkway for what I felt was a "non-violation" by a NY State Trooper. There would have been a significant fine as well as point penalty associated with this, I called Mr Bruno's firm, and after a brief phone consultation (I do not live in the area where the... violation took place), I was presented with a best case scenario that was quite acceptable to me. I was represented in my absence, and had a reduction to a non-point violation and smaller fine. I did have to take a safe driving course, but this was welcomed given the alternative (I am also now eligible for an insurance reduction).

When I first contacted Mr. Bruno regarding a traffic summons I received he honestly laid out the best and worst case scenarios for my case. His staff lead me through the process of my appeal quite easily and with great skill. The only bump in the road was when I had mailed payment and faxed some do...cuments I asked for confirmation of their receipt and received none. Other than that my case was handled professionally and expediently and to my satisfaction. I recommend Mr Bruno and his office.

No one wants to get pulled over and certainly no one wants to get a speeding ticket. My violation would have been 4 points plus the cost of the ticket. Mr. Bruno performed magic and had the fine reduced to a parking violation. I didn't receive any points on my driving record and the fine was probably... less than the speeding ticket itself. Mr. Bruno was helpful and very informative. Don't get pulled over but if you do and you're in need of a solid attorney I highly recommend Mr. Bruno firm.
