When I thought my case was going no where, and limitation to file was coming up, my life took a pleasant turn and I met Mr. Ragucci. I explained to him the circumstances of my case, and after reviewing the documents and the case itself, he agreed to take it on. The first review is that they do not ...mess around. I never felt lost in what was going on during the course of the lawsuit. And during the depositions, when boundaries were crossed, he was quick to come to my defense. Mr. Ragucci will always make sure you are aware of what is going on during the case. He will lay out the best alternative or option to anything that comes up, and make sure you understand the decision is yours, but will lay out all the options, and make sure you understand everything you are choosing to do. Even outside the legal realm, he always made sure to see how I was feeling.How the case was affecting me. He always wanted to make sure I was doing ok, because a lawsuit can take a toll on you. Put simply. for any other case, or legal counsel I needed, I would not choose a different attorney, or even seek one. Before I had attained his counsel, I met my fair share, and even had a different lawyer, and none matched the professionalism and "getting things done". I would recommend him to anyone I new seeking an attorney, and with my say no one in my family would seek legal counsel elsewhere.
