If you get a combined motion or demand, send a single/combined response. If you get separate motion papers/demands send separate responses to each...

Depends on the type of fraud. Statute of limitations can be 6 years from the fraud or 2 years from its discovery.

If your lease allows or does not prohibit unleashing, then yes.

The LLC can legally exist despite being inactive or dissolved, for certain purposes. A lawyer would have to look at the facts a little more as well...
