Mark A. Krohn

Mr. Krohn, a partner, is in charge of the Business Law Team and is also a member of the Trust & Estates team. He has been a senior citizen advocate since 1990, and his primary practice has been devoted to corporate, tax, and estate matters. As a member of the Legal Service Network for the American Association for Retired Persons (AARP), he has maintained the strict standards of legal experience required by this nationwide nonprofit organization.

Mr. Krohn is a member of the American Bar Association, New York and Florida State Bar Associations, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Orange County Bar Association, and Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council. Mr. Krohn is also a member of the Advisory Council to the Orange County Office for the Aging. Mr. Krohn is an active speaker before many committees, business groups, and charitable organizations.

Mark is a graduate of the University of South Florida and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1985 from Pace University. He achieved his LL.M - Taxation degree from the University of Bridgeport and Quinnipiac. He was admitted to the New York State and Florida Bar in 1986, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Tax Court.
