When I first talked to Brandon about representing me on a speeding ticket I got in NYC I asked what the chances were he could plead it down to a no point violation -- I was at risk of getting 6 points on my license. He said NYC doesn't allow pleas on traffic tickets, but he'd try to get it dismissed.... And he did!!! He is a very competent lawyer, treats his clients very nicely, and I am really grateful to him. Can't recommend him enough!

I highly recommend Brandon Albert for any NYC moving violation. He got a friend off for a moving violation he did not deserve in 2016 and he got a NOT GUILTY verdict for my 3 point moving violation from July 2017 in Jan 2018. Apparently, there was an actual hearing held where the officer presented a...nd left out certain facts and Brandon presented a case for dismissal based on that. I truly was not guilty and felt shocked when I received this ticket since I was trying to be a courteous driver and let a pedicab go before making a left turn in NYC. Never the less, justice is served and I highly recommend Brandon Albert as a result! No points and no ticket and no fine. It's as if it never happened. Great job Brandon!
