My brother died unexpectedly without a will .There were bills to be paid and funeral expenses to get reimbursed. Once his bank learned he was deceased, his account was frozen. Owed payroll checks accumulated and in time creditors began to call. It soon became obvious that it was time to hire a law...yer. Kevin took charge right away. His demeanor was calm, reassuring. and he was sensitive to my grief. He explained that an Estate had to be created by the court to carry on the business affairs on behalf of my late brother. He handled each step quickly and was always available to answer any of my questions. In a matter of a couple of weeks , I was appointed administrator and collected the frozen funds to set up an Estate banking account.
