Bruce does not respond to any messages sent to him. I am owed money since 2023 and ever since we signed i have heard many empty promises and then complete silence.

we hired him to read the sales contract on our house - he obviously did not read the contract and just send it on to us the loan for the buyer did not go thru because the Buyer did not put down enough down payment and therefore did not get the loan.
