Plaintiff sued a bank and my client, the FDIC, because Plaintiff failed to close her offer to buy a multi million dollar apartment complex within the time limit in the contract. The FDIC sold the note ... to an investor for an additional 1.8 million dollars. Plaintiff sued for 1.8 million.
