Mr. Apkarian r ... eceived life threatening injuries requiring hospitalization at St. Anthony's Hospital followed by months of rehabilitation. Suit was brought and following a jury triall in which Mr. Apkarian was fully compensated for his injuries the defendants appealed. Mr. Apkarian's verdict was upheld on appeal.
