Todd Gordon Lamond

As a former Senior Staff Attorney, (consistent with a Senior Assistant Public Defender elsewhere), at the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County NY for over two decades, Todd gained valuable experience as a criminal defense trial lawyer. He has obtained the status of a highly skilled and successful case and courtroom negotiator and litigator, which has transfered over to his private criminal defense and continually expanding civil practice. This happens to serve the needs of his clients well and fits in with his motto to "evaluate any case with the highest competence and integrity, A to Z for free!" Todd has gained the expertise to effectively negotiate and litigate cases with oustanding results. He has a great magnitude of experience dealing with his fellow bar, County District Attorney's Offices, Town and City Attorney's Offices, law enforcement officers and officials on the local, county, state and federal levels, including the FBI. Todd has successfully litigated countless of the most serious felony cases with excellent results; felony cases dismissed at the Preliminary Hearing and Grand Jury stages, Pre-trial Hearing dismissals, felony cases litigated to jury verdicts with complete acquittals, (not guilty verdicts), and post-trial convictions, (guilty verdicts), successfully reversed on appeal.
