My Highest Recommendation

Brett started working with me in 2017. Needless to say, I was still reeling from an ending marriage, and I was beginning to worry about my child, who would be inevitably caught in between. I needed help, and an old family friend, who is also in the field, recommended Ms. Jones, Esq. by name, saying s...he was one of the best for a situation like this. One lawyer recommending another lawyer speaks volumes on its own, so I proceeded. From the start, Brett was a great listener, who shared in my frustrations and sympathized, but she also reminded me that "this does not work if we don't work together." Since then, Brett has been a fiercely logical advocate in my case, she has been on top of my countless questions and issues, responsive in a timely manner, and she has straightened out and eased many situations in my case. She has been transparent with me and honest about what is worthy to fight for in my case, and what will not render a positive outcome. She has been poised and has paid close attention to details in my case and for when both lawyers have needed to meet to discuss the judgement and the countless revisions. She has reminded me to be logical, and to not give way to frustration or feelings of giving up, and when dealing with an ex as problematic as mine, this is no small feat. And each time I have needed to attend court with Brett and meet to discuss the judgement and our revisions to it, I have never once lost in my privileges or in what I was requesting, and I attribute this to Brett's logic, reason, and ability to communicate effectively for progress on my behalf. My ex is represented by another, well-known law firm in Dutchess County; one that many may turn to in a situation like this. My recommendation resonates with the friend who directed me to her in the first place, with the several other people on this forum: Retain Brett E. Jones, because she is truly one of the best lawyers out there.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Brett and worked with her often and directly in true collaoration to obtain matrimonial settlements for our clients. She is very astute, on-target, and very aware of the consequences of her clients choices & options; she is a pleasant but firm advisor/advocate who understands that her clients' best interests involve many factors including consideration for the family integrity, the financial well-being all all the affected persons and true cost/benefit outcome of the settlement. She will go to trial when necessary, but she will always promote sensible negotiated solutions when possible. She is the type of attorney you will believe is working for you all along the difficult pat of reorganizing the marriage and family."
