OUTCOME: I represented the Wife. Due to gross misconduct Husband was denied equitable distribution, was 100% liable for marital debts and deficiency judgments. Court granted Wife 100% of marital residence and furnishings & ordered Husband to pay attorneys fees.

We won an unequal distribution favoring my client due to the Husband's mismanagement of parties' investment properties. Husband deliberately refused to pay mortgages despite having income and revenues, ... causing properties to sell for loss and/or go into foreclosure.

OUTCOME: Ex-Wife sentenced to 180 days in jail for refusing my client visitation.

Judge held Former Wife in contempt for refusal to allow children to visit Former Husband in the United States, violating prior orders. Ruled that Former Wife kept the children from coming to the United ... States denying Former Husband's timesharing in Florida for seven years and that she attempted "forum shopping" in Peru to keep the children in Peru and avoid Florida's jurisdiction. Former Husband was able to bring the children to Florida after being refused by Former Wife for seven years. (The sentence was purged once Former Wife complied.)
