Rachel Flanagan Frost

This lawyer lost my will. They said they would hold it in their office. When I decided to seek new counsel, I contacted the law office of Rachel Flanagan Frost to ask for my original will. The first phone call I made was on Monday, I was told they would “follow up”. The next day I called again as I h...adn’t heard any follow up. I was then told my will was being “overnighted”. I was not given a tracking number nor told when I could expect my will to arrive. I called again on Wednesday morning to try and figure out where my will was, how it was being sent, and when I could expect it. I was finally given a tracking number, I was told my will should arrive by 6pm Wednesday night, and I was told by the law offices of Rachel Flanagan Frost that they would no longer speak to me. This is not the professional treatment I expect, especially after having spent over $4000 with this law firm. I don’t know where my will is and I may very well have to create a whole new one to replace the one this law firm seems to have bungled.

Rachel Flanagan Frost was assigned to my Custody/Visitation case because I work in ministry and could not afford an attorney. I had Sole custody of my son for 6 1/2 years; I'm sober 25 years; recently remarried; and employed with a community ministry. My son's sociopath father brought me to court fo...r joint custody and increased visitation after I recently remarried. Ms. Frost said I had "no hope"; that my son's alcoholic father would win everything; that I should give him joint custody. She didn't answer e-mails. She attempted to coerce me to settle without explanation. Ultimately I fired her and hired a competent attorney by using a credit card. As a result, I maintain Sole Custody of my son; my son's father is now mandated to an alcohol and drug treatment program; the father's visitation was REDUCED to four hours per week. Had I stayed with Ms. Frost my special needs son would be at the mercy of an alcoholic sociopath. Shame on her for not doing her job. Stay away from her.
