Go in on a Friday, they should release you Friday night, as most county jails do not release over the weekend. However, speak to you lawyer.

you can call the police. However, they normally do not like to get involved in family disputes. YOu can file a violation petition in Family Court.

Be very careful if you move with your child to another state without the fathers consent. To protect your self, I would file a relocation petition.

For Misd. the state must agree to accept your probation. They do not have to if it is a Misd.
