In response to Foreclosure the client through counsel file affirmative defenses and third party claims against the brother-in-law, the broker and the lender. Counsel was able to settle this case with the lender for $1000.00 to obtain satisfaction of mortgage of $108,000.00. Law suit is still pending against Brother-In-Law and Broker.
