The foreclosure case was file over 3 years ago. After repeated requests for the answers to interrogatories (answers to legal questions) and a granting of a motion to compel the answers, the Judge threw ... the case out by dismissing it with prejudice so they can NERVER take this person's home.

The case involved to attempted import 21+ tons of drugs by off loading a freighter on to smaller commercial fishing boats. It was alleged that my client off loaded the drugs and piloted one of the sm ... aller craft. DEA saw the boats coming into the port. They let each of the boats as they docked. My client's ID was in dispute even though they watched him come in!

The State charged the defendant First Degree Murder. She was alleged to have shot her husband while he slept in bed. We told the jury that the gun went off accidentally when removing it from his bed ... . I was necessary to have the gun processed by expert gun smiths. It was found that the husband had modified the gun to have a hair trigger.
