OUTCOME: On Appeal

I, along with 3 other counsel, have petitioned the Bankruptcy Court to allow Chapter 7 debtors to strip second mortgages from homes where there is no equity to secure those homes. Right now that pract ... ice is only done in Chapter 13 bankruptcies. We are waiting on the decision and opinion.
