Nearly 150 miles offshore the coast of Honduras, a speed boat loaded with $40,000,000 worth of cocaine and armed gunmen appeared and threatened that if the drugs were not taken on board our client and his family back on land would be killed. At trial, the armed gunmen testified that our client knew all along that it was a drug trip, not a lobster trip. After a two-week trial, the jury deliberated for two hours and agreed with Attorney Bower Rodriguez that Mr. Solis Velasquez was innocent of all charges.
