AT&T sued Travel Express for $250,000 resulting from an alleged breach of contract. I represented Travel Express. We argued that the contract did not permit AT&T to sue in Florida. The trial court disa ... greed but the appellate court reversed and awarded our client attorneys' fees reimbursement.

OUTCOME: Case Resolved in Client's Favor

Landlord, Park Place, sued tenant, Vance Realty Group, for breach of a commercial lease. Vance Realty countersued for breach and deposited rents into the court registry. During the case, the trial cour ... t ordered the funds disbursed to the landlord. We represented the tenant on appeal. The appellate court reversed and ordered the funds be returned to the tenant immediately.
