My elder law practice consists of disability planning (through Powers of Attorney, primarily) and estate planning (through lifetime transfers, wills and trusts).

I have experience in probate (when a will exists) and intestate administration (when there's no will). I also have a lot of experience in will contests and other types of Surrogate's Court litigation.

Stayed suspension means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.
