OUTCOME: Won appraisal and Appraisal Award

FIGA ( Florida Insurance Guaranty Association ) filed a Declaratory Action ( “ Dec Action”) against my client to tried and get the court determine that my clients had no rights to recovery, of course t ... his was absurd, coverage was already established by her native Insurance Company, they had already paid money on the claims and establishment coverage back at the Hurricane Wilma event. So we counter claimed, demanded that her damages be determined by Appraisal. Judge agreed, they voluntary surrendered payment after this ridiculous action. Another case won
