Nicholas Arthur Battaglia

Mr. Battaglia is not in private practice and we didnt hire him but he and works for Judge Fisher in County of Greene courthouse and we had our case conferenced with him. We wanted the judge and got stuck with him but we were quite pleased with his work. He is dynamic and settled my spouse's persona...l injury case with the attorneys. We spoke numerous times with him going in and out of the courtroom until we came to a resolution. At first we didn't like going back and forth to let him talk to the defense but it was clear why that was necessary. the matter was settled faster than the other two judges that had it before he did! oVerall a very smart, passionate and compassionate attorney. He talks fast and sometimes harder to follow but will explain anything you ask help on. A superb asset to courts. if you have a case in greene county, ask to have your case consulted by him!!!
