OUTCOME: Reversed by 4th DCA

Ms. McDonough handled this case in the Circuit Court on a Petition for Injunction Against Repeat Violence. The Judge denied the Petition. Ms. McDonough argued, among other things, that the facts were s ... ufficient to establish repeat violence, and that stalking is included under the statutes meaning of "repeat violence." The case was appealed and the 4th District Court of Appeal confirmed all of Ms. McDonough's arguments and reversed the trial court ordering the judge to enter a permanent injunction.
