A client in a neighborhood was approached by a police officer after he was seen driving without headlights. Client was coming back from a party.

Client and ex-wife had a fight. Two conflicting stories. We were able to reduce the case to a municipal ordinance of Fighting, a second degree misdemeanor. Case now sealed.

A recent case with a very young client involved an unfortunate arrest for drug possession. Both crimes were first degree misdemeanors, and the Drug Possession also carries a 2 year driver license suspe ... nsion, if convicted.
