We represented Tut, Inc. d/b/a Golden Corral Restaurant in an alleged slip and fall. After a four day jury trial and three Plaintiff's experts, we were successful in acheiving a defense vervict for ou ... r client. The Plaintiff was a very sympathetic 98 year old woman who suffered a broken hip as a result of her 74 year old daughter's fall where she landed on her mother.
