After a four day jury trial and three Plaintiff's experts, we were successful in acheiving a defense vervict for ou ... r client. The Plaintiff was a very sympathetic 98 year old woman who suffered a broken hip as a result of her 74 year old daughter's fall where she landed on her mother.
OUTCOME: Affirmed
We were successful in getting the case dismissed in the trial court for lack of a duty owed. On appeal the matter was affirmed.
