Manslaughter and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Great Bodily Harm

OUTCOME: Not Guilty

My client was originally charged with the above two counts. I was able to get the manslaughter charge dropped prior to trial and my client was found 'not guilty' of the other charge. The state had of ... fered a significant prison sentence, but instead my client was able to resume her life.
