Client charged with federal wire fraud violations for fraudulently charging numerous credit cards. He plead guilty. Under the federal sentencing guidelines, the client faced nearly five years in fede ... ral prison, even after credit for cooperation. However, the client suffered from bipolar disorder and was off his medications at the time of the crime. A well-respected psychiatrist testified at the client's sentencing hearing.
