Represented Husband in child custody, child support and timesharing case. The Wife tried to use the Florida Department of Children and Family (DCF) as a tool for victory by alleging that the Husband a ... bused their three children. I beat back the false allegations by the Wife by using subpoena power to obtain DCF records which revealed that the Wife was not credible and had made up allegations of child abuse in an effort to win the case. The DCF investigator that conducted the investigation testified under oath as to her findings that the Wife's allegations were unfounded.

OUTCOME: Walked our client out of the Courthouse. NOT GUILTY Jury verdict on all Counts.

Six count felony charge case alleging sex abuse against our client. I tried this case with my partner, David Redfearn. We proved at trial that the stepdaughter recanted the allegations and had lied b ... ecause she didn't like her stepfather telling her what to do. Our client's wife stood by her husband's side knowing that her daughter was lying about the allegations because she didn't like being disciplined for unacceptable behavior. Additionally, an important tactical decision was made during trial to put our client on as our first defense witness - this move completely caught the prosecution off guard as they did not believe our client would testify and were wholly unprepared to conduct a cross examination. The Circuit Court Judge that presided over the case stated it was one of the best trials he had ever seen.

Hotly contested divorce trial with all the issues (asset distribution, child custody, timesharing, child support, expert witnesses, domestic violence, etc.). I represented the Husband in this case and ... during cross examination of Wife's expert witness at trial, I was able to change the expert's opinion from favoring the Wife to recommending that my client should be awarded sole parental responsibility. I accomplished this feat by presenting the wife's expert with evidence that revealed that the Wife was a dangerous and deceitful person and the wife's expert agreed that it would be in the best interest of the child to reside with my client.
