Why I don't post past results

OUTCOME:

I pledge to all clients to safeguard their privacy and not exploit the outcome of their cases in any way. Even when names are withheld, a client’s identity can often be surmised from the barest details ... of a case. I believe that when a case is concluded, it should be exactly that — over — and not memorialized on the Internet or elsewhere for reasons unrelated to the client’s welfare and potentially to his or her detriment. For the same reason, I do not solicit my past and current clients to post "testimonials."
