After a 1 and 1/2 day hearing on the former employer's request ... for temporary injunction, the court denied the request allowing our clients to continue working for their new employer. Ultimately, the parties agreed to a confidential settlement and the matter was concluded by the filing of Joint Dismissals with Prejudice.
