Competent Attorney

I was looking for attorney to handle my case. I red good reviews about Ms. Viviana Cavada and made my choice. She is very professional, highly responsive, proactive, and tactful. She explains all legal terms in details with a lot of patience. She made payment arrangement that fit my budget. I would r...ecommend her to my friends. Thank you Ms. Viviana for your great job!!!

Outstanding and Compassionate Attorney

Viviana has been my attorney for 3 years now. She has fought relentlessly to advocate for me during very tough times, and always with kindness, grace, and results to help me and my family. I highly recommend her. If you want a great legal mind who has staunch ethical standards and expertise, give he...r a call.

Great Start... Horrific Finish

Like the first review, I felt the office was welcoming and found the staff personable. Our case wasn't complicated, but early on I noticed that some details were being missed and some of the questions I had asked were answered incorrectly - costing more time and money. It seemed that unless we spoke ...directly with Cavada and not her staff we were out of luck. Calls were unreturned, emails took a minimum of 2-3 days to be responded to - no matter how urgent. We almost missed a crucial court date because we were told we didn't need to attend - but then when I called (and held for 15 minutes) to double check as I read the notice, I was told I did need to be there in the morning and it was "lucky" that I caught it. My greatest frustration came from the handing off of our day-to-day to the staff - who were overworked (they said so) and didn't know the answers to questions. Often they promised followup, but there was none. The final straw was when we dropped off a lot of documents to the office in response to a motion to dismiss - and the office filed a response that they had the documents - but then shockingly - failed to file them, causing our case to be dismissed completely. I changed attorneys - this was the final straw - and I paid another retainer and fee to start over. It was just a stressful, horrific ending to the process.

A Great Attorney

Viviana Cavada is an excellent attorney! Viviana will represent you well. She has extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law, and other areas of law as well. I went to her for bankruptcy. Viviana is there for you from day one! She gives personal attention, which when you’re going through something a...s personal as bankruptcy is as important as knowledge and expertise. Viviana is always calm and confident, her inner peace is evident. She listens to your concerns, answers your questions, she helps restore your self- esteem. When I first met with Viviana, I felt like a failure. She changed my way of thinking about myself and my future. Viviana also has an excellent, caring staff who reflect Viviana’s professionalism and dedication to providing the client with the best representation possible.
