Careless Driving with Fatality

Traffic came to an abrupt stop. Vehicle 1 was not able to stop in time and collided with vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 then hit the Vehicle 3 in front of it. The driver of Vehicle 2 was taken to the hospital ... and succumbed to his injuries two days later. I was able to point out several deficiencies in the State's case, which did not meet its burden of proof.
