Michael L. White

Michael was born in Massena, New York and grew up in the North Country. He graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Michael went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2014, where he graduated cum laude.

While in law school, Michael worked for the United States District Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, where he drafted pleadings and assisted in the prosecution of pending federal criminal and civil cases. Michael also completed an internship with the City of Albany’s Law Department, helping to defend the City against various tort claims and appearing in City court for Albany ordinance violations.

Additionally, Michael served as the Executive Editor for Symposium for the Albany Law Review. He also was honored to win the distinction of best oral advocate for the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition and was selected to represent the law school in a national moot court competition in Virginia.

When the opportunity to begin his legal career at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP became available, Michael gladly joined the firm as it was a great fit for Michael’s experience and passion to help people—especially in times when people need an advocate most to protect their rights.

In his time away from the firm, Michael enjoys volunteering for and coaching youth sports.
