Biography
James Ferguson is a graduate of Siena College where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He worked at the Ayco Company, LP, before attending Albany Law School. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the New York State Bar and New Jersey State Bar.
James began his legal career clerking in chambers with the Honorable Thomas J. McNamara, Court of Claims and Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, 3rd JD, and thereafter was a law clerk for the Honorable Richard E. Sise, Acting Presiding Judge of Court of Claims, Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, 3rd and 4th JD.
James has since worked for JP Morgan Chase before beginning his career at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP. In his time away from the firm, Jim coaches rugby at Union College.
