David J. Pollock

David Pollock graduated from Vassar College, attended graduate school at Cornell University and received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University in 1985. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Vermont State Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Dave is a member of the New York Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association, and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association. He was a partner at a prominent insurance defense firm before beginning his career in personal injury litigation.

Over the last 20 years, Dave has litigated cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligent prescription of drugs, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injuries.

Dave lives in Vermont with his wife and dog. They often host high school international exchange students. His four children are grown and he enjoys home renovation, hiking, biking, downhill and backcountry cross country skiing, and visiting his children.
