Inspired by her children's pediatrician, Veronica left her corporate career and opened the Law Office after a number of years being her family's special education and family law attorney. Veronica has the corporate and litigation experience you can rely on to advocate for you and your family. Her corporate career spans twenty years with General Electric, Kawasaki, Booz Allen Hamilton, and MTA New York City Transit where she wrote and negotiated commercial contracts and pursued and defended against claims for construction and manufacturing projects. She was a litigator in New York City for Fisher & Fisher and Traub, Lieberman, Straus & Shrewsberry, LLP, practicing in the areas of education, professional liability, employment discrimination and practices, premises liability, and CGL and PL insurance defense coverage. She represented education (public schools, parochial schools, and private schools), religious institutions, non-profits, and commercial clients in all phases of litigation in New York, Kings, Westchester, Rockland, Sullivan and Montgomery counties and in Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts.
Veronica holds a BA from Seattle Pacific University and a JD from New York Law School. In 2005 she was admitted to practice in New York. She is also admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts.
Veronica grew up in Wilton, NY. She moved to Schenectady in 2008. She is mom to three children, two cats, and one fish. Her children attend Schenectady public schools and Hobart College.
Veronica is active in the Schenectady County Bar Association Committee for Trusts, Estates and Special Needs and the New York State Bar Association Trusts, Estates and Special Needs Section and Health Law Section, a board member of the De Blasiis Music Series (), and a member of the Ellis Medicine Patient and Family Advisory Council ().
