Good outcomes can happen

I can’t recommend Matt enough. Facing a DWAI charge was incredibly stressful, but from the first consultation, he was honest/ transparent, reassuring, and completely professional. Matt explained every step clearly, kept me informed about all my options, and handled my case with real expertise. Thanks... to his hard work, and knowledge, the outcome was far better than I expected. Beyond the legal side, Matt genuinely cared about my wellbeing and helped me move forward. Best legal representative in the world!

Mathew J. Simone is the BEST lawyer in the WORLD! TRUST ME FOREVERRRR!! He is very clear, crisp and extremely knowledgeable about the case he is involved with. He is very diligent and honest to the core. He is a highly motivated and a dependable lawyer and is very thorough and meticulous in ...his approach towards the details of a case no matter how complex or lengthy it might become down the road!!! He is very smart and easily approachable no matter what time of the day (basically 24X7). To me he is one of the lawyers that you get to see in the hit TV shows such as the NCIS etc! In my case he fought tooth and nail with the prosecutors for over a year till justice was served in my favor...a BIG THANK YOU Mr. Simone!!! He pursued my case as if it was his own and never gave up on me . He took care of all the miniscule details pertaining to my case and never put any kind of psychological or emotional pressure on me He was very calm and collective whenever he spoke with me. He always assured me that there was no need to PANIC about anything! He gave me this confidence as if there was nothing wrong in the first place! He took care of all the nitty gritty details of this very unique and a rather complicated case on my behalf I am very lucky that I came across him at the right time To me he came in the form of an ANGEL!! I would recommend him and only him to all the people on this earth!

DUI w/speeding tickets and an assortment of complicating factors.

I came to Matthew with a DUI charge coupled with a high rate of speed offense. As we advanced through the legal process, he uncovered other 'complicating' factors that included previous speeding offenses that seriously impacted the stability of my case. These further aggravating discoveries require...d that Matthew travel to several outlying areas and plead these charges to vacation from my record. What nominally should have been a relatively simple case to process became a tangle of previous convictions that Matthew deftly maneuvered. I was faced with losing my license for a far longer time than anticipated which would have made my work life nearly unsustainable. Matthew exhibited polite professionalism throughout the entire process especially as the scope of the case grew significantly. He eagerly advanced as the challenge presented itself and, above all, he made me feel confident I was in knowledgeable and capable hands.
