If I could give ZERO stars based on my experience, I would. I dealt with this office for approximately TWO YEARS. Emails ignored. Calls not returned. Follow ups ignored. At some point I wasn’t sure if I was contacting a law office or sending messages into outer space. For two years, I was under the... impression Attorney Smalls was taking my case. Then today, I finally got someone on the phone and suddenly, within HOURS, my file was reviewed and I received an email saying they would not be moving forward. TWO YEARS. ONE PHONE CALL. MAGICALLY A DECISION. Be serious. The problem isn’t that they declined my case. The problem is taking TWO YEARS to tell me. Time matters in legal situations. If you can’t help someone, SAY THAT so they can find someone who can. And ending the email with “I hope all goes well for you” after two years of silence really sent me. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this office. Get everything in writing and never mistake silence for progress. Two years later, the only thing that moved forward was the calendar.

Consult another attorney this one is DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE. He agreed to take the case and he never answers calls!!!!! He gas no secretary. He made me WASTE 1 WHOLE WEEK WAITING ON HIM SO I COULD RETAIN AND PAY HIM!!!!!! Excuse after excuse for an appt. I have never in my life met such an UNPROFESS...IONAL ATTORNEY IN MY LIFE!!!!!! STAY AWAY. You'll be wasting your time pussyfooting around with this guy. Sooooo disgusted

Hired him for some simple traffic tickets. He was unresponsive after I paid him I could not get a hold of him. His assistants did a good job but he would not answer texts or calls. Multiple times that he didn’t show up to court or had the court date adjourned without giving any notice I sat in court ...for 4 hours one day when he was supposed to be there just to be told me had moved the court date and given me no notice about it. Got caught in lies and made excuses. Eventually decided to hire a new attorney his assistant told me I needed to appear in court with him to have him removed as my attorney he did not show up in court then when I confronted him about it he was rude and basically told me to fxxk off and had no acknowledgment to the fact that he was supposed to be in court with me as per the court itself and told to me by his assistant. Do not hire this guy. He’s not listed on google which is very weird my guess is that he removed himself due to a high number of bad reviews. Half the reviews on here are bad and after reading the good ones seems like a few of those were typed up by someone at his law office.
