If you plead guilty you will get the points but you may get away with less then usual fine with the letter.

I assume there was a missed date that you did not know about. Call the court clerk or hire a traffic ticket attorney to take care of it.

Depends on the signage but fight it anyway. Make the sheriff come to court for a trial of your parking tickets.
