technically if the ticket was not issued to you it should be dismissed because CPL requires personal service of traffic tickets.

if you got them from a camera then you don't need a lawyer and should pay them. If you got them from a traffic stop then it is much more serious...

This is a 6 point speeding ticket so quiet serious but there are ways of getting the ticket dismissed if handled properly
