Does not really make sense that your license is suspended for a parking ticket.
What should i do if i got a traffic citation for 47 mph in a 30 mph zone even though i had my cruise control set 30mph?

Hard to win just going against cop's word. However an attorney can go to court instead of you and should be able to get you out of the points. ;

You can but may not be worth the hassle especially since you may not win. What is more important is that he no longer possesses a car in your name.

In order to get it reduced or dismissed you need to plead not guilty.

plead not guilty and mail it back to court. you should be able to get it dismissed.
